ABOUT
Austin has worked as a volunteer Complementary Therapist at Pendleside Hospice covering out-patients and inpatients, and when required. I have worked as a therapist to support the work of the full time CT’s. I loved my role as a volunteer therapist at the Hospice in helping to make the patients feel a little better than they might otherwise feel.
The therapy that mostly use on patients was Reflexology and M Technique which is extremely effective in making patients feel better. I have treated patients ranging from Cancer, Parkinson’s, and Motor Neurons disease and C.O.P.D. The therapy works equally well across those illnesses in promoting calmness and a sense of wellbeing.
Now a retired as an Aerospace Quality Engineer I have now started practicing as an Holistic Health Therapist again. This profession gives me immense satisfaction when I am treating patients and clients to help in improving their quality of life with my skills as therapist.
